• 1 oz (30 ml) Sortilège Prestige
• 0.5 oz (15 ml) brandy
• 1 oz (30 ml) apple juice
• 1 apple slice
• Ice

Pour the Sortilège Prestige, brandy and apple juice into an old-fashioned glass containing a few ice cubes. Stir well. Garnish with an apple slice.
