Sortilège Cream 750ml Cafe-Dalgona-erable

Maple Dalgona Coffee

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Sortilège Maple Cream
  • 2 tbsp. instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. boiling water
  • 3 oz (90 ml) milk (or plant-based beverage)
  • Ice

Combine the coffee, sugar, and boiling water. Whisk for 4 minutes, or until texture begins to resemble that of whipped cream. Pour the ice, Sortilège Maple Cream, and milk into a highball or double old-fashioned glass (approximately 12 oz or 360 ml). Using a spoon, deposit the coffee mixture over top.
