• 1.5 oz (45 ml) Sortilège Original
• 1 oz (30 ml) old-fashioned apple juice
• 0.5 oz (15 ml) fresh lemon juice
• 3 oz (90 ml) dry sparkling wine

Pour Sortilège Original, old-fashioned apple juice, and lemon juice into a shaker filled with ice cubes. Cover and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Pour into a champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine.
